Helpful Hints

  • Water Damage, first locate and turn off main water valve. Next call a restoration company. We use Servicemaster (604-852-8086) or First Onsite (877-778-6731). Lastly try and protect items that have not been damaged.

  • Fire Claim, Get out of the house according to your plan Fire Escape Plan.

  • Theft Claim, call the local police immediately, 604-859-5225. Secure the home if windows or doors have been damaged. Lastly make a list of items missing.
